Scotland have won the toss and elected to bat first up against Afghanistan in the 2nd ODI of the series from The Grange , Edinburgh.

In the first inning Scotish openers provided great start of the inning Matthew Cross got out after scored 32 runs but skipper himself Kyle Coetzer was outstanding with his bat of knocked 79 runs just faced 98 balls.

In the middle of the inning Calum MacLeod was amazing with century for Scotland to help carry runs ahead on the score board.

He scored 100 runs off just faced 89 balls including with 10, fours and only a six. Richie Berrington and George Munsey powered up some crucial runs on the board for Scotland.

Scotland posted 325 runs with the lost of 7 wickets after played 50 overs. Gulbadin Naib took 3, wickets.

In the runs chase Afghanistan’s openers Hazratullah Zazai got out early after scoring 14 runs but Shahzad was with his half century off knocked 55 runs.

Rahmat Shah was magnificent with his bat to runs on the score board for his team. He scored century 113 runs off just faced 115 balls with the help of 11, fours and 2, sixes.

Hashmatullah Shahidi scored 58 runs and along with him Asghar Afghan was not out 22 runs.

Afghanistan chase down the total according to DLS Method and won by 2 runs. Rahmat Shah was declared the player of the match.

Afghanistan have won the series with 1-0 in this ODI Series. While last ODI was Abandoned due to bad weather condition.
