Windies have won the toss & opted to bowl first up against Australia in the 10th match of ICC World Cup 2019 from Trent Bridge, Nottingham.
In the first inning Australian openers David Warner and skipper himself Aaron Finch went back to pavilion early after scored under 10 runs.
Usman Khawaja also flopped after scored 13 runs. Glenn Maxwell was on duck after faced 2 deliveries.
Steve Smith and Alex Carey helped to puts some runs on the board after sudden 4 wickets as Smith knocked half century scored 73 runs off 103 balls with the help of 7, fours.
Alex Carey was with 45 runs just 5 runs short from his half century. But All Rounder Nathan Coulter-Nile was spectacular with his knocked off 92 runs by faced 60 balls including 8, fours and 4, sixes. Australian team were bowled out at the score of 288 runs with in 49 overs.
In the runs chase Windies openers Evin Lewis failed to score as he got out at 1 run. Chris Gayle was looking fine as he got 2 chances from wrong decision of umpire as review provided him new chances but could not manage to score much as got out at 21 runs.
Shai Hope and Nicholas Pooran helped Windies to runs on ahead of chasing but Hope got out after scored 68 runs off 105 balls. Pooran was 40 runs as he got out by Zampa.
Jason Holder and Andre Russell tried themselves a lot but could not make that in their favor as Holder scored 51 runs.
Windies have been defeated by Australian team by 15 runs as Windies managed to score 273 runs with the lost of 9 wickets after played 50 overs.
Mitchell Starc was in tremendous form of bowling figure as he took 5 wickets off jsut conceded 46 runs in his 10 overs.
