New Zealand have won the toss and elected to bat first up against Pakistan team in the 33th match of ICC Cricket World Cup 2019 from Edgbaston, Birmingham.

In the first inning New Zealand openers Martin Guptill failed to score as was bowled by Amir after scored 5 runs.

Colin Munro also got out after made 12 runs by faced 17 balls. Ross Taylor flopped to contribute to their team.

Kane Williamson was looking fine but not enough as got out on 41 runs off faced 69 balls. While 5 first wickets of Kiwi team were sent to pavilion at the score of 83 runs.

But Colin de Grandhomme and James Neesham helped New Zealand to runs on the board as Grandhomme was run out on 64 runs but Neesham was amazing with his bat as knocked 97 runs not out that pushed their inning at 237 runs with the lost of 6 wickets after player 50 overs.

Shaheen Shah Afridi was outstanding with his spell as took 3 crucial wickets off just conceded 28 runs in his 10 overs.

In the runs chase Pakistan openers Fakhar Zaman got failed to score along with him Imam-ul-Haq was looking good with his form but not have been able to stay at crease.

Mohammad Hafeez supported the team in the middle order after lost 2 wickets as he scored 32 runs.

Haris Sohail batting form has been amazing after made the come back into team as he knocked 68 runs off just faced 76 balls with the help of 5, fours and 2, sixes.

While Babar Azam was the centurion in the tough and pressure condition he proved himself to be the best batsman in the ODI Cricket as he knocked up 101 runs not out off faced 127 deliveries including with 11, fours only.

Babar and Haris partnership that provide them solid chance and made their chase very easy as they beat up to unbeatable team of CWC19 by 6 wickets in the very important game.

Babar Azam was declared the player of the match for his spectacular century that makes their hope still alive for semi finals.
