Toronto Nationals have won the toss and elected to bowl first up against Brampton Wolves in the 12th match of Global league T20 Canada from CAA Centre – Brampton, Ontario.
In the first inning Brampton Wolves openers provided them a solid start of the inning as Lendl Simmons scored 19 runs only and along with him George Munsey was with his half century as he knocked up 66 runs off just faced 36 balls including with 6, fours and 5, sixes.
Skipper himself 28 runs off 16 balls along with him Nitish Kumar was 26 runs that helped their team to carry the scoreboard.
An outstanding smashed by Babar Hayat with having 48 runs not out in just 18 balls with the help of 2, fours and 5, sixes that helped their team to post 222 runs at the scoreboard with the lost of 6 wickets after played 20 overs.
In the 2nd inning Toronto Nationals Rodrigo Thomas along with him Brendon McCullum set solid opening partnership of 40 runs but Thomas got out after scored 28 runs but McCullum played very well as he smashed 36 runs.
Skipper himself Yuvraj Singh was superb with his bat as knocked his half century of 51 runs off just faced 22 ball with the help of 3, fours and 5, sixes.
Heinrich Klaasen and Mitchell McClenaghan fought well to chase the target but could success to make that as they just managed to score 211 runs only with the lost of 7 wickets after played 20 overs.
Brampton Wolves knocked down to Toronto Nationals by 11 runs as George Munsey was awarded the player of the match for his outstanding performance.
