From opponent side there were 2 changes Ahsan Ali and Anwar Ali made their way into team with Ahmed Shehzad, Tymal Mills. Multan Sultans batted first as they lost early wicket of Zeeshan Ashraf as he back to pavilion after scoring just 8 runs.
James Vince was going very good at his best form but could not continue as lost his wicket after scored 29 runs off just faced 24 balls.

Rossouw scored not out 100 runs that ended up Multan Sultans at the score of 199 runs with the lost 5 wickets after played 20 over.
Quetta Gladiators who is known for the good team of chasing the total so far in the history of HBL PSL V 2020. Jason Roy and Shane Watson started quite well of having partnership of 57 runs but Jason Roy was caught out by Moen Ali on the ball of Bhatti.
Shane Watson was outstanding nearly to touch hundred but unfortunately to make that as he lost his wicket after knocking 80 runs off just faced 41 balls including with 7, fours and 7, sixes.
Ahsan Ali and Azam Khan flopped that made Gladiators into more trouble then the powers hitter came to crease but they also could not start their firework as Ben Cutting and Anwar Ali tried themselves to put some best to make it over the but could not happen that as Multan Sultans restricted them on 169 runs with the lost of 7 wickets and won by 30 runs.
